Welcome! My name is Christina Ramirez, and I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). With over a decade of experience, my approach is rooted in an understanding of the mind-body connection, the importance of self-discovery, and the transformative power of culturally informed care. I am happy you’re here and taking the first step in your healing journey!
My practice is grounded in creating a non-judgmental and affirming space where you feel seen and supported to address stressors, navigate life transitions, and process trauma. Therapy is a collaborative journey and one where we work together to help you build insight, shift patterns that make you feel stuck, and develop tools for growth and healing.
As a child of immigrant parents, I bring a bi-cultural perspective, drawing from firsthand experience navigating two cultures. This background allows me to empathize with and support clients who may face similar challenges related to identity and belonging. I believe healing is not only possible but an ongoing journey that unfolds in unexpected and creative ways.
Meet Christina
